What type of information is stored when placing an order?
We will only save your basic information and the billing and/or shipping address if it is different.
As for bank details, we will not store anything at all since all payment management is controlled by the payment gateway.
I have placed an order, when can I receive it?
Within a period of 48 - 72 business hours, your order will be delivered to the corresponding address.
Please note that orders may vary, depending on shipping address, order volume or weather conditions.
Where can I view my orders?
When placing an order, it is mandatory to create a user in order to work with your order. We have an administration panel visible at the top of the page (Login) where you can consult all the information you need, including the list of orders.
